Getting there
We recommend flying into the Juan Manuel Gálvez International Airport (RTB) in Coxen Hole, Honduras.
American Airlines and United have multiple flight options directly to the island. Delta flights directly to Roatán are only available on Saturdays.
Uber and Lyft rideshare services are not available on Roatán. Ibagari and Xbalanque offer a shuttle service to the hotels for $50.00. An independent taxi from the airport to the West End/West Bay area costs approximately $35.00.
Entry Requirements
All travelers entering Honduras must complete the Honduran pre-check document. You will receive a confirmation email with the approval form attached. Bring the approval form with you- printed or a screenshot.

COVID-19 information: If you have been vaccinated against COVID-19, you can present the original vaccination card. You must have completed the full vaccine and be a minimum of 14 days after the vaccination date. If you do not meet the vaccination requirements, you must present proof of a negative COVID-19 test to enter Honduras.
As of January 20, 2023, you are required to wear a face mask in the Roatán airport.
