How to Complete the Pre-check Form
This page contains instructions on how to complete the Honduras pre-check form. You should be able to complete the form a few days before your flight. Once you've been approved, you'll receive a confirmation email with an attachment. Either print the attachment with the QR code or save a screenshot of it. You will show this information when you land in Roatán.
1. Create an account
If this is your first time visiting the website, you will need to create an account. Click "Registrar "Primera Vez." You can also change the language to English by clicking "English."
2. Log in using your new account
Once you've successfully created a new account, log in to the pre-check platform.
3. Create a pre-check form
The webpage will likely first appear in Spanish. You can change the language to English by selecting English in the top right corner shown in the yellow square. Once you've selected the language you prefer, click "Create a pre-checkin" shown in the yellow square.
4. Complete the information
Complete the information on the screen and click "Continue"
A new window will open. Complete the requested information as it pertains to your travels.

Click "Continue."
A new window will open. Complete the requested information as it pertains to you.
Once all of the fields are completed, click "Continue."
Review the information on the next screen and click "Save."
5. Complete the Phytosanitary Form
Once you've completed the pre-check form, you'll be able to complete the "Phytosanitary Form." To access it, select "Fill form" and a new window will open.
Change the language to English by selecting the language at the top of the page. Complete the requested information in the form. Sometimes the translation does not appear. These are the listed fields on the form:

Date of arrival
Time of arrival
Flight number
Seat number
Responible of notifying - No action needed here.
Date when survey is filled
Traveler type (tourist)

Image of your passport - This must be uploaded as a JPEG file.
Date of your last COVID-19 test or date of last COVID-19 vaccine
Image of your COVID-19 vaccine card - This must be uploaded as a JPEG file.

Second last name, if needed

Nationality
Profession - If your exact profession is not listed, please pick the option that is closest.
Respond if you’ve had any signs or symptoms of any disease
Have you had COVID-19?

Last connections list the cities you connected through
Type of stay - select based on where you’re staying (hotel vs home rental)
Hotel Name
Department- The department is "Islas de la Bahia."
Municipality- The municipality is "Roatán."
Expected departure date
Phone number
Acceptance
Signature - Type your name.
Once you've completed these steps, take a photo or screenshot of the form ID for reference and select "Okay" then click "Send."
The form will be submitted to a processing line. You will receive an email confirmation once it has been approved. Please be sure to have the email attachment available for when you go through Customs in Roatán.
